As the Director and Consultant for FirstPerson, my focus is on connections, industry knowledge, and a long term solution for all parties. I have a strong network and well developed partner relationships within the Shipping and Logistics industry.
My recruitment, business development and consulting experience started with a large corporate recruitment firm that provided me with professional experience and discipline in the use of robust recruitment tools and best practice methodology. I then developed my HR career within the Logistics, Shipping and Transport industry where I had accountability as the senior consultant and recruited at all organisational levels. I have built strong networks with industry business leaders, clients and candidates which has ultimately led to the demand for developing FirstPerson as a true business partner to the industry. My background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Management Studies & Labour Relations and Psychology. |
